Right of withdrawal

Almost all Saal Digital products are made individually for you. This applies in particular to photo products that you create using your own images, text, layouts or other personal content. As these products are produced specifically according to your instructions, processing usually begins immediately after the order has been completed. Subsequent changes or cancellations are therefore generally not possible. For products that are individually made, personalized or clearly tailored to your order, there is generally no right of withdrawal under the applicable legal provisions.

A withdrawal is therefore generally only possible for products that have not been individually made or personalized and for which a right of withdrawal or cancellation exists under the applicable law. A withdrawal may also be excluded for additional products if they cannot be ordered separately, do not have their own separate price or are functionally and economically connected to a personalized product.
