Find Installation Log
Windows
- Make sure that hidden folders are displayed
- Navigate to the following folder (please make sure you replace "<User Name>" with your own):

Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista: C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AIR\logs

Windows XP: C:\Docouments and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\ Application Data\Adobe\AIR\logs\

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\logs

- Attach the Install.log file to the support e-mail. If you already have a ticket for this issue, reply to the support email.
Mac OS X
- Start the console application (For Applications / Utilities)
- Choose system.log from the list on the left
- Enter "SaalDesignSoftware" at the top right of the filter input field (without quotes)
- Copy the contents of the large text box and send it to support. If you already have a ticket for this issue, reply to the support email.
