Which countries can you ship to?

If you sell photos and products to your customers via the Saal Digital Photo Portal, Saal Digital is always the seller and producer. Shipping therefore depends on the country in which your Saal Digital account was created.

Shipping within the EU

If you created your account in an EU country (e.g. Germany), you can ship to all EU countries listed in our shipping cost overview.

Why is shipping from the EU to Switzerland, the UK or the USA not possible?

Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA are not part of the EU.
Shipping from the EU to these countries would require additional customs, tax and export processes. For this reason, this shipping route is not possible.

Shipping to Switzerland, the UK or the USA — how it works

These countries can only be supplied if your account was created directly in the respective country.
You must of course comply with the applicable legal and economic regulations of the country — an account can only be created if the relevant requirements are met (e.g. place of residence or registered office).

Each of these sites operates with its own production and shipping structures. Cross-border shipping between these markets is not possible.

Important for your Photo Portal

  • The decisive factor is the country of your account, not your customer’s place of residence
  • Customers can only place orders to countries that are enabled for your account
  • Subsequent shipping to a non-authorized country is technically not possible
