Our international team brings the diverse and exciting tasks in the photo sector to life with a great deal of commitment and professionalism. From software to the finished product – at Saal Digital, everything is developed and produced in-house. We also have a photo portal that we developed in-house, which photographers can use to sell their images either as downloads or as photo products.

Your tasks

• An attractive mix of working from home and on-site support for the IT systems used in production and administration. You will be the first point of contact for IT malfunctions and technical problems.
• Support for the entire IT department by taking on a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.
• Support in monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure, regular backups, system checks and ensuring that the software and operating systems used are up to date.
• Support for and implementation of IT migrations in collaboration with internal departments or external service providers.
• Administration of on-premise and cloud-based systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaboration on IT projects to improve and modernise the infrastructure.

Your profile

At least two years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector and a completed apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration).

Knowledge in the following areas:

• Network technology and system administration (e.g. LAN, WLAN, routing, switching, firewall configuration)
• Virtualisation techniques (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V or similar tools)
• Cybersecurity (e.g. security protocols, patch management, malware prevention)
• IT support
• Ability to analyse problems and find solutions with a proactive and structured working style
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
